We simulated perspiration and body heat using a heating plate set to human body temperature, placed L1, L2, and L3 on the plate, installed thermo-hygrometers in between, and measured the changes in humidity between each layer.
"[During simulated exercise] The ""perspiration"" changed from liquid to gas as it migrated through the layers; the moisture was transmitted and discharged smoothly, confirming the fabric's efficient sweat-absorbing diffusion and evaporation properties.
[After simulated exercise] The humidity between L2 and L3 also decreased to 30% after stoppage of simluated exercise, thus demonstrating the layering system's ability to maintain lasting dry and comfortable conditions for the wearer."
